Conditions of Use

This site is run by Just Add Embroidery under contract to Haversham & Baker.

Any and all charges from this site will be charged under the Just Add Embroidery name.

Please note: All items on this site are intended as promotional items from Haversham & Baker to it clients. As a result, all items, to include items purchased, will carry a Haversham and Baker Logo whether they are pictured with a logo or not.

Refund / Exchange Policy

 All sales on the website are final. Clients may exchange unworn and unlaundered purchased items for an identical item in a different size. In the event the item is no longer available, clients will be offered a suitable replacement.

While we do not normally personalize items, any item that is personalized can not be exchanged for any reason.

Shipping Policy 

US Shipping - Shipping for all items shipping to US addresses is based on the amount of the purchased regardless of the number, size or weight of the item(s) and is selected at the time of check-out.

Non US Address shipping - Due to varying customs regulations, we are unable to allow clients to prepay for their shipping. All items shipped to non-US addresses will be shipped COD. Any customs duties or other charges are the sole responsibility of the client.

Processing Time 

Each item you order is embroidered especially for you. As a result, it may take 2 - 3 weeks for your order to reach you.
